Women Connect Conference

I co-led the planning of Women Connect—one of London’s largest intercollegiate women’s networking conferences. The goal? Help women boost their skills, knowledge, and network in one action-packed day.

What we pulled off:

• 6 amazing speakers – including Daria Markova, Shaya Honar, and Eram Masood, covering personal branding, social media, and career journeys

• 3 workshops – from UX design to neuroscience-based goal-setting

• Free breakfast & lunch – because food fuels connection

• End-of-day networking drinks – 100+ students and professionals connecting in a relaxed vibe

The energy was real. Panels sparked ideas, workshops gave practical takeaways, and the room felt like a launchpad for future leaders. We made it free and accessible—just how it should be.
